POETRY, you see me.
A portrait of Antonia Pozzi
Directed by Marina Spada - 50'
Taking as its point of departure the figure of Antonia Pozzi, a unique, mature and passionate poet in 20th-century, who committed suicide in 1938 at the tender age of 26 years old, Poetry, you look at me is also a reflection on the role of the artist and the poet in that era and today.
Produced by the Province of Milan, Poesia che mi guardi was presented as a special event at the Venice Days (2009) - won the special jury prize at the Asolo Film Festival (2010) - was distributed in cinemas and included in a reprint of Pozzi's complete works by Sossella Editore and was then published on DVD by the Cineteca di Milano.
